Order Processing
Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information within those 1–3 business days.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to the United States, Australia, UK
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or VAT (Value Added Tax) upon arrival in your country or at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility
Once a package has shipped and leaves our possession, DelRae Artistry is no longer responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur in transit. Customers are encouraged to reach out directly to the shipping carrier for assistance with delivery issues.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. DelRae Artistry is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
